Re: Sequencial numbering of BPs

BP are mainly identified by their titles, for example "Provide Metadat
BP", i.e.,  In the document, we don't make a reference to a BP using
its number. In the case an extension, I suppose that the numbering of
the current version will be stable and a new numbering may be used,
no?
