Proposal to close Issues-65 and 66, no need to gather new use-cases

Hi,

http://www.w3.org/2013/dwbp/track/issues/65
http://www.w3.org/2013/dwbp/track/issues/66

In response to issue-65 and issue-66, I propose that we do not need to
gather more use-cases, but should instead focus on the three
deliverables: BP doc, data quality vocab and data usage vocab.

Instead of new use-cases, the existing ones can be revisited to extract
more detail, for example, for the data quality vocab.

If there are no objections, these issues will be closed at Friday's
meetings.

Cheers,
Deirdre
