Accessibility?

One issue that has not been mentioned yet in the group is Accessibility.
In case data is intended for direct human consumption, I think we should
say something about Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/wcag. 

 

Or do we only consider data in machine-to-machine interactions?
