Hello DWBP members,

There are some scenarios that a person, a company or a group of people want
to public the data on the Web, but not to everyone. They simply want to
hide such data.

In these scenarios, they can use a login account, but there are some
disadvantages. One of the other possibility is to use Capabiliry URLs [1].

Perhaps the use of Capability URLs could be considered for some scenarios
as a best practice.
