Feedback on the Best Practices Guidelines

Hi all,

Last week, I created a new wiki page [1] with some guidelines that may help
us define the structure of the Best Practices document. This page also
shows an attempt to map the use case requirements to possible best
practices.

It is really important to have some feedback from the group about this
proposal. We need an organization for the best practices document and for
this we must have an agreement on at least the following topics:

- Should we divide the best practices on general and specific best
practices?
- Should best practices consider just datasets or they should also
consider vocabularies and licenses?

It is also important that you validate the proposed mappings.
