Hi Makx,

That's an interesting point you are raising. I'd be in favour of taking
such issues into considerations, also because this align with my research
interests on ICT4D, but I think we can consider this out of scope for our
work. The WAI notion of accessibility is on the representation and
consumption side of the data whereas I would consider our group to focus on
the exposition of the (raw) data. In a way, I agree we focus on
machine-to-machine interaction with a preference for data formats which
make it easier for applications developers to do their job (JSON, etc).
