As I said in the other message, maybe the diagrams are vey complex to be
presented to the reader of the BP document, but on the other hand they may
help our discussion. If the diagram doesn't help, then we don't need to use
it.

To better illustrate the ideas about metadata, I think that this diagram
should be divided in two: one for the main concepts (similar to the one of
[1]) and other one just for the metadata hierarchy.

Answering your question about the 'general metadata': this metadata is
similar to the one that describes a dataset in DCAT.
