DWBP Agenda for Call 7/11

Hadley asked me to chair the call tomorrow and I'm not the best wiki 
editor, so here is an agenda to discuss:


1.      Reminder to book for TPAC
2.      Review the open actions to be completed
3.      Discussion: Should we move to a summer call schedule with Team 
calls every other week or once a month?
4.      Should we move issue tracking to the sub-team calls or just ask 
people to update the wiki and use Team calls for more content discussions?
