Wrong PAV namespace

I am also delighted you recommend the use of PROV and PAV for
provenance and versioning.

I noticed you used the wrong namespace for PAV in section 5:

> pav  http://pav-ontology.github.io/pav/


The correct namespace should be

http://purl.org/pav/

e.g.

http://purl.org/pav/version
