Hello Renato,

Thank you for pointing out that update. We changed the references to refer
to the W3C TR versions.

Concerning Example 4, the idea is to illustrate the need to use
machine-readable metadata instead of an example of a "machine readable"
license. In this case, the metadata is about the data license.
