It may be helpful to add CSVW to "Linked Data Glossary".

According to postmaster@w3.org ( public-gld-comments-request@w3.org ),
"The Government Linked Data Working Group is now closed."

* [ ] Is there a future for this (still very relevant) document?
[ld-glossary]
* powermaster@w3.org pointed me to public-dwbp-comments@w3.org ,
  which pointed me to public-dwbp-comments-request@w3.org?subject=subscribe
  * [ ] Update contact email in ld-glossary.

feel free to re-use any of these links), pending a more correct
JSON-LD/ReST representation:

CSVW (*CSV on the Web*) is a set of relatively new standards
for representing :ref:`CSV` rows and columns
as :ref:`RDF` (and :ref:`JSON` / :ref:`JSON-LD`)
along with *metadata*.

* URIs for datatypes (:ref:`XSD`, ...)
* URIs for columns (:ref:`RDF`)
* Document Metadata
* :ref:`CSV` -> :ref:`JSON` ( -> :ref:`JSON-LD` -> :ref:`RDF` )
* :ref:`CSV` -> :ref:`RDF`
