Javascript support for automatically importing data about roles, states, and properties

Hi all!

I just wanted to say that I have not forgotten about this, but it did sort
of get back burnered.  I see that you are making progress on getting your
roles into the main document.  That's great!  Keep it up!  And please,
please, please leave the Placeholder items in the tables for the items that
are inherited.  These will be auto-populated once the code is working.
