My proposal is to stay with github, just for the simplicity and not having to use many different tools around. Either the PF github, but there is a separate github repo for this task force:

which could be used to separate it from the rest. If we decide for the latter, I would need the github handle for the non DPUB-IG participants to add them to the contributors' list (or should I simply add the PF editors' list, Michael)
