Hi All,

Thanks to all who responded to the poll. Obviously we are not meeting today.
There is no time that works for everyone, and some times are especially bad
for Janina, whose presence is essential.

Do Thursdays at 9:00 EST/14:00 UTC beginning on 15 Jan work?

Rich, Markus, I have not heard from either of you about scheduling, and I do
hope you'll be able to join calls.

Thanks,
Tzviya

Subject: DPUB-ARIA TF meeting

Hi All,

Welcome to the joint DPUB and PF Task Force. Before we begin drafting a
document with a title something like "WAI ARIA Digital Publishing role
module" and corresponding accessibility mappings, we need to meet to discuss
concrete next steps about the details of writing.

The initial module will be based on the list of terms [1] prepared by the
DPUB IG. Michael will set up a skeleton document for us to write the ARIA
module. He has already set up a companion document for is to create the
accessibility mappings [2]. Another issue to discuss is keeping these
documents in sync.

I've created a Doodle Poll [3] so that we can schedule our first meeting.
I'm hoping to set up a recurring meeting, so please respond based on when a
good time for you usually is, even if you can't make the first meeting. If
you are not able to access Doodle, please be in touch.

Janina and Rich, please let me and Ivan know if there are others from PF who
should be added to this list.

Thank you,
Tzviya
