Hi All,

I offered to create samples of describedby using <div> <details>/<summary>, and links to demonstrate proof of concept to the ARIA WG.

I've posted these samples to https://github.com/TzviyaSiegman/describedby. There is a list of todos in the document that holds the code, and  I have passed this along to Rich and others from ARIA and HTML a11y TF. I welcome your feedback and pull requests.
