RE: Our A11Y Note

This is really great work. It doesn't exactly correspond with what we are doing, because of differing audiences, but the structure is great.

The funding section is default language in publications published by PF. With the new structure in WAI, I'm not sure how that works.

I was reviewing the MAUR Note from the WAI WG, and was thinking that our Note should probably try to be similar in structure with theirs or at least take some pointers on how our Note should look.
