Re: changing name , asap please?

Again, with the apology for butting in on the conversation and being  
new to this etc.

The term we use in the UK is "incident management", which seems  
sufficiently uninflammatory not to alarm people unduely, whilst also  
acknowledging that not all events requiring a response are  
emergencies or disasters, and have moved beyond the stage of being  
solely a risk.
