[Draft] Email seeking feedback on digital offers use cases

Linda, David,

Here is a first draft of an email that people could use to ask for feedback on the digital offers
use cases and to schedule time to discuss them. Comments welcome,

Ian

Dear XYZ,

I'm writing to ask for your views on how to improve digital offers on
the Web. In particular, how to make it easier and more secure to
manage, distribute, use, and settle coupons, vouchers, rewards, and
other loyalty-related programs.

The Digital Offers Community Group [1] at the World Wide Web
Consortium (W3C) is gathering industry views and common interests as
part of identifying emerging Web standardization needs.

Community Group participants have compiled a list of high-level use
cases as a starting point for your consideration:
  https://www.w3.org/community/digitaloffers/discussion-topics-for-discussion-at-march-2017-ig-face-to-face-meeting/

I invite you to let us know which of these use cases are important to
you, or if there are other use cases or problem statements not listed
that you consider important.

I would also like to schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your feedback.

[[Suggest times here, ideally before the end of June]]

Thank you,

ABC
