On an SVG documentation page, http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/text.html#TextPathElement, there is sample code for textPath, and a global element feature is demonstrated wherein the text "should have the same effect as the following:" separates two code samples. The second code sample is missing the transform "translate(25,25)", which is a typographical error. Geyb WheelSoftware.com ps Hello w3 --- long time fan.
