Telco (probably) cancelled on the third of April

Dear all,

Garth is still on vacations, so I am supposed to make the decision on whether there is a call on Monday. However, no new technical issue came up on the charter development the last few days, nothing at least that would warrant a telco. So I would propose to cancel the upcoming meeting.
