[dpub-arch] Meeting Schedule, GitHub Repository, WebEx information page

Reminder: the next Archival TF meeting is this Thursday, 3 March, at 1 PM
Eastern (US). Agenda coming.
 
GitHub Repository: As proposed during last call, Ivan has created a GitHub
repository for the TF:

I have added one very skeletal page for recording Archival Use Cases and
Requirements. Feel free to begin adding your use cases to this page. To
provide a little consistency and structure I adapted the generic DPub Use
Case template on the wiki to create a template for use when adding use cases
to this page. Follow or not as makes sense to your requirements:

We can also use the GitHub repository to raise issues for the TF to address,
either about use cases, about outreach progress, or about other work we do,
and to create new pages that warrant collaborative editing beyond what we
want to do on the wiki - e.g., a more extended glossary than we have on the
wiki right now, etc.  
 
If anyone finds themselves not able to edit or add to the TF's GitHub
repository, it probably means you have not provided Ivan with your GitHub
account name yet.  Once you do that (or once you get a GitHub account and
then convey your GitHub login name to Ivan), he will make sure you have
permission to edit DPub documents on GitHub (including those of this TF).  
 
Future TF meetings: As decided during last TF conference call, the upcoming
meeting schedule for the Archival Task Force is 1st and 3rd Thursday at 1 PM
Eastern time (US) for March, April and May.  The WebEx information has been
posted to a new page in the TF Wiki:

Which is linked from the TF home page, and which also shows upcoming TF

Since it was requested, I will separately send two meeting invites from
Google calendar - one for the first Thursday of each month, one for the 3rd
Thursday of each month - to members of the TF (as listed on the Wiki home
page for the TF). These invites will include the WebEx password.  If anyone
doesn't get it or anyone else needs it, please email me directly.
 
Note, we have the Thursday WebEx slot reserved weekly in case we need to
shift meetings, or in case a sub group of the TF need to get together.
