[DPUB][A11Y] Agenda 081216

Hello everyone,
I hope you all enjoyed your break over the past month and are well rested to finish our task of completing the accessibility use cases for the PWP.  The DPUB IG would like all these use cases completed in the next two weeks in order to have something finalized for TPAC in September.  I have created two additional use cases for the Braille Section with input from Jason White that we can review as well during our call tomorrow.
