Agenda+ new CSS "snap points" module

Excuses for missing the telcon today. I somehow seem to have disabled the 
entry in my calendar. :-(

But I'd like to propose an item for the next telcon:

The CSS WG just published a new module, called CSS Snap Points. It might be 
interesting for this group (it's related to paged displays) and I can make a 
brief presentation of it. Five minutes is probably enough, plus a few for 
questions.
