Re: [dpub] agenda for DPUB IG concall 20150223 16UTC (topics: identifiers TF, packaging specs review)

I will attempt to scribe next week. As it is my first time, any help from
others is appreciated. It will be good for me to get the fullest
understanding. I planned on jumping in more this week into documentation,
but I was on vacation last week and came home yesterday to a pipe in my
house bursting and my basement flooded. All is OK now (at least under
control) and I will be on the call next week and will scribe.
