At first glance it looks pretty clean, nothing to do with the horrible HTML Word generates. CSS is used properly (actually, factored out into a separate file); the only unclean thing I found was that a list was not translated into a <ul><li>...</ul> structure but to <p>-s with appropriate CSS styling.
