Re: DID WG teleconference times

Hi all,

(I will look at the details tomorrow, these are just my immediate reaction.)

- WebEx produces ical invites, and I will forward that to the group.
- I have never used google cal. I would prefer not to touch it, I could just create problems. I use Apple's calendar which, afaik can also produce invites, though I rarely use it.

I would propose to see whether the webex invites work for the group, and we can take it from there.

What I don't know is how sophisticated webex is in terms of agenda, ie, whether it is possible to convert the agreed time slots into proper repeated invites. (My biggest question is that 5th Tuesday of the month.) It may well be that I will have to set up three different calls for every week. That is of no problem for Webex (we can just ignire scheduled calls) but that might mess up the invites.

More about this tomorrow when I will be at my machine...
