Dev-rel in Japan

Hi all.

I am Yoshiaki Fukami, an project assistant professor at Keio University,
one of the W3C hosts in Japan, and intern for W3C/Keio office.

I'd like to introduce developers relation activities in Japan.
Because Japan is a highly-populated country, especially in Tokyo,
many F2F events for developers are organized by companies and grass-rooted
communities.

"html5j.org" [1] is one of the largest developers communities related
to web technology.
I and Hirotaka Nakajima, a member of this CG and W3C team staff of
system administration,
are member of them.

html5j.org will hold a big event named as "HTML5 conference 2012" at
one of Keio university's
campus in Yokohama [2]
More than 1000 engineers will attend and take part in around 20 sessions.
This conference is supported by many companies including W3C members,
on the basis of their developer relationship programs.
Some speakers are from browser venders and in charge of developer relations.

I would like to continue to share information of such kind of activities, and
hope to develop the way of developer relation activities of "web standard".
