I've mostly taken over Suresh's role in the WG. However, as I found the current API to be useless, I only wanted to bury it and I couldn't actually get consensus to do that.

If we can work from something realistic, not be hampered by the terrible Android base API, and be willing to address my concerns, I'd be willing to work with you as a co-editor on a new spec.
