Hi All, This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to request publication of a Candidate Recommendation (CR) of the following sensor APIs at earliest 20 March 2018, with a 6-week CR review period: Generic Sensor API - https://w3c.github.io/sensors/ Ambient Light Sensor - https://w3c.github.io/ambient-light/ Accelerometer - https://w3c.github.io/accelerometer/ Gyroscope - https://w3c.github.io/gyroscope/ Magnetometer - https://w3c.github.io/magnetometer/ Orientation Sensor - https://w3c.github.io/orientation-sensor/ No features have been identified as being at risk. The group will address "Throw exception when screen coordinate system is not supported" issue [1] before advancing to CR. For these specifications to advance to Proposed Recommendation, two independent, interoperable implementations of each feature must be demonstrated.
