Re: [sensors] [TreatNonObjectAsNull] not required?

WebIDL spec goes on to say:

> At the time of writing, the only known valid use of 
[TreatNonObjectAsNull] is for the callback functions used as the type 
of event handler IDL attributes ([HTML5], section 6.1.6.1) such as 
onclick and onerror.

Feels like this particular use case matches the description but I 
might be wrong. Will check with the mailing list in due time.
