[discovery-api] either undefined language or wrong reference

Dear all,

While implementing NSD on top of Bonjour, I have had the following 
In section 7.1 (bullet 2.2), there is this language " PTRService 
Instance Name [MDNS <http://w3c-test.org/dap/discovery-api/#bib-MDNS>]"
I followed the link, and in that document, there is no definition of 
"PTR service instance name".
It seems that "service instance name" is defined in the [DNS-SD] reference.

Please update the reference, as well as the references in the following 
bullets, and maybe also add examples (which always helps).
