Can we start from what we did previously in this group on sensors APIs, before abandoning it for your v1.0 spec?
I just don't want to throw away those efforts.

There is enough discussion about the design of the current device sensors apis that I think we should consider a 'Version 2' spec that encompass what we have learned.  I can not commit that Mozilla will implement, but we will definitely evaluate its implementation cost.

Rick - is this something you want to lead?
