DAP Call cancelled - items for review and action

The DAP call for 5 September is cancelled, due to lack of agenda items. We will meet again next week, 12 Sept.

In the meantime please

(1) join the discussion on the WebIntents list [1] , including CfC on removal of extras [2], passing origin with explicit intents (and potential privacy issues), and the SSL discussion.

(2) please review the revised WebIntents addendum noted on the DAP list [3] - it would be good to get this to FPWD once initial concerns and potential gaps are addressed.

(3) review Networked Service Discovery and Messaging Draft [4] - I also expect we will have a revised editors draft in the near future based on comments (see DAP list for Cathy's comments) and will want to consider publishing an updated WD

(4) review the latest API proposal from Travis on media capture [5] - it appears this work is now progressing toward consensus,

(5) review the discussion on Ambient Light Events - I'm assuming we will see a new editors draft based on the discussion,

(6) use the time to review your actions and make proposals on the public list. You can see your actions at https://www.w3.org/2005/06/tracker/users/my

(7) remember to complete the WG questionnaire for the F2F [6], TPAC registration [7], and making your travel arrangements,

(8) share any interop tests or results on the list.

As mentioned on the last call we need to think about progressing Contacts as well.

I suggest we cancel the following calls either because I'm not able to chair or due to holidays: 10 October, 8 Nov (week after TPAC), 20 Nov (US thanksgiving week), 19 December, 26 December. We will confirm the cancellation on our next call, assuming no concerns are raised.

Thanks

regards, Frederick
