As I'm already a W3C Invited Expert, it will be no probs. Just need to be added as a WG member.

We can just develop them on Github for now until they are reviewed and approved. As they get approved, I'll moved them to the W3C test site and slap the W3C license on them. I'll make a note that those tests are unofficial and awaiting review. re: the polyfill, I've made sure to keep everything separate so I can eventually just update the index.html file to pull the tests directly from the w3c.
