As they get approved, I'll moved them to the W3C test site and slap the W3C license on them. I'll make a note that those tests are unofficial and awaiting review. re: the polyfill, I've made sure to keep everything separate so I can eventually just update the index.html file to pull the tests directly from the w3c. -- Marcos Caceres http://datadriven.com.au
