Test suite is now ready for review (46 tests):

I've been running the test suite on FF Aurora. Both Desktop and Mobile implement the event, but there is no system integration on Desktop (so no events are fired). Doug tells me it works on Android, but I've not got it working yet on my device (ageing Samsung Galaxy S GT-9000). It would be great if someone with a more recent phone/Android build could confirm.

Again, I would very much appreciate a review and affirmation of sufficient test coverage.
