Vibration API has landed on Webkit

Hi. All.

I am happy to announce that my colleague, Ki-hong, has done the landing of
Vibration API on the Webkit. 

It’s quite good news to the DAP WG !!!

 

In addition, [2] is a master bug for Device APIs in Webkit. I think Webkit
is ready to adapt the device API specs ;)
