This is a second draft of the minutes. Thanks to Cathy, Deepanshu, and Jungkee for their feedback. Below is an updated list of issues Major glitches from the minutes: * Deepanshu Gautam is not in the introductions section [4] (please supply text) * I didn't catch the speaker `RITTa` [4] -- and I can't find it from [5] * I'm missing some <Topic> splits. If people could identify sections that should be split out (I think there's at least one additional topic after NFC at the end) to make it easier for people to link to sections, please do (suggested Topic titles are of course welcome). Minor glitches: * Wonsuk you're minuted as saying: "not in this pac" [8] -- I'm assuming that's a typo, but not sure for what, "spec"? Changes: * More redactions * More corrections * ACTION: should be consistently bolded * Meeting title isn't listed as a teleconference [note to fjh!] * generally text should be attributed to someone (speaker:, <speaker>, or ...), actions are in [ action form ] -- if people notice cases which violate this convention, please let me know. -- it's ok for urls to be unattributed, they aren't necessarily said to be "Spoken".
