Hello all,

I'm pleased to announce that initial implementation of Network Information
API
has been landed to WebKit yesterday.

Bug 73528 - (NetInfoAPI) Support the Network Information API
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73528

This patch is based on following editor draft for now.
http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dap/raw-file/tip/network-api/index.html

Unfortunately, detailed implementation is not done yet. I will submit
new patch for it soon.

By the way, it seems that there is still discussions going on for this
specification.
So, current specification might be changed in the future, and I will adopt
the changes to WebKit as well.

Thank you.
Gyuyong.
