Action 248 Sysinfo get vs watch

I recommended today that action 248
(http://www.w3.org/2009/dap/track/actions/248) be closed as I have added
the following text on requiring "distinct permission to monitor
properties must be granted" to the privacy section:

 

"For the monitor method, distinct permission to monitor properties must
be granted, and a maximum monitor period must be applied by the user
agent."

 

Do you agree this addresses the action? Or was there something more
specific you were intending to propose?
