Fwd: Daylight Saving Time ends in Europe one week earlier than in US

Hi all,

a reminder that the telcon times are set in the US (the reference for
W3C time is Cambridge, MA where the head office is located), and
therefore if you are somewhere where DST doesn't change in sync with
the US there will be a bit of adjustment to take into account.

There's probably a lesson to learn about standards in there.
