@mounirlamouri if full brightness is too bright then how would you propose an app deal with this? Are you suggesting it would be better perhaps to set a target brightness in lumens? In my opinion, the best APIs are where you clearly and succinctly express intent. So perhaps rather than arbitrarily saying "full brightness" what if it was something along the lines of "optimizeForScanning"?
