This good great @Honry. I'd suggest moving the list above to the top of bug. Additionally, take a look at [Payment API](https://w3c.github.io/payment-request/#paymentrequest-interface) and how we link tests to testable assertions in the spec (see all the "Tests"). I'd like us to end up with something similar: that is, I'd like to make sure we can link every single assertion in the spec to at least one test in the test suite.
