We're implementing the proposed mitigations (or actually, a superset) in Chromium and will report back our findings. Meanwhile, I'd be supportive of landing this PR together with #190 now to signal these things are being actively considered. As usual, to be further improved with learnings from the implementation work and elsewhere. @tobie, are your planning to add the relevant content from the [Google Doc][1] into the spec, or is the latest plan to make it a supplementary informative reference?
