I don't know if you can expose the sensors in SW unless it's only for 
1 shot (or very periodic). You can't spin up a SW and keep the SW 
alive reading data (AFAIU, that defeats the purpose of a SW unless you
 are trickling data slowly based on thresholds - like "only when the 
temperature goes above 37c, notify the SW").
