Structures Deliverable : New Editor's Draft

Dear all,

I have updated the structures WG Note according to the API and vocabulary as they are defined now. [1]

The editor's draft neeeds more work explaining and clarifying things but the backbone is done.

Feedback is welcome

During next weeks I will update it to complete the sections. A reestructuration and simplification of use cases is also expected.
