Current ShEx RDF metamodel?

ShEx folks,

is there a reasonably up to date RDF metamodel/vocabulary for ShEx 
somewhere?

Peter stated that ShEx does not distinguish between shapes and 
constraints. However, the first hit on Google

https://www.w3.org/2001/sw/wiki/ShEx/RDF_serialization

uses a syntax similar to Resource Shapes, where Shapes and 
Property(Constraints) are separated.
