It is a audio issue, so I can startup the UI just fine, I'm not able to 
use the audio of the machine.
I didn't look at it today, but last week for another WG.
The resolution was to install a 32bit Java plugin on my 64bit install 
which would allow access to the audio backend.

IOW I need to jump through burning hoops, where all I want is to dial in 
with SIP.
