owl:oneOf with bnode subject

using filter
  {?X :test :ok} => {?X :test :ok}.

when given
  :s owl:oneOf (:u :v :w).
  {?C owl:oneOf ?L} => {?C :test :ok}.

cwm returns
    :s     :test :ok .

which is fine, but when given
  _:s owl:oneOf (:u :v :w).
  {?C owl:oneOf ?L} => {?C :test :ok}.

cwm returns no answer..
although when given
  _:s :p (:u :v :w).
  {?C :p ?L} => {?C :test :ok}.

cwm returns a fine
    <#_g0>     :test :ok .
