Re: Installing cwm from cvs working directory

Unsurprisingly, some of the code in the swap area is being reused as  
python library, e.g recently the alpha-test release of the MWBP  
checker [1].
However, such dependencies would be made much easier to satisfy if  
the setup.py installation script were being functionnal.

With a bit of hacking courtesy of Stefano Debenedetti [2] the  
setup.py can be made almost functional, which seems to show that the  
problem is mostly in the organization of files within the swap  
directory.

Would anyone, perhaps with a bit of knowledge in python distutils,  
care to fix this?
