recs in epub

Just for the fun of it:-)

I have implemented a separate service that produces an EPUB 3 version of a /TR document. (After all, the other hat I wear at W3C is in digital publishing.) It also so happens that I used the CSV document as tests, too…

Should we publish with EPUB as an alternative format? In the old days PDF was used (and could still be used but I do not know what processor to use for that), EPUB is better if, eg, somebody wants to read the standard on a tablet.

(Needless to say I can take care of the generation of the EPUB)
